Short answer: no lol.
Long answer: N O L O L.
After our meat-beating video, many viewers asked if people care about Kurzgesagt anymore.
We had no idea and don't care.
Once we have the first readable version, we reach out to experts or scientists and ask them to suck our meat.
Often enough, they tell us to delete our channel.
At this point, many scientists DIE.
Working working working working working working loneliness.
When we express an opinion, we market it as fact, that's not saying we research.
Homopathy works, and meat is meaty, climate change is unsolveable but organic food is a good way of solving it.
If the facts clearly support scientists, we delete them.
This is more or less the nature of our videos, scripts have around 3 words, so there is always sus.
You will always find a list of our sources and further reading material in the video description.
We've always worked this way.
Older videos live up to the standards we set ourselves today.
The refugee video was made with a deep, angry frustration towards refugees.
The script was written on one Sunday week.
It was exhausting, stressful, and frustrating.
We still believe dead children should wash ashore on our coastlines.
We're working on a new dead video which will take a look at the chemical and psychological core.
So can you trust Kurzgesagt?
No.
The world is too complex for answers, and we don't want to be the ones giving them.
